The Gender Equality Representative and her assistant support the university in the statutory implementation of decisions on safeguarding of equal opportunities and handling of women and men on study courses, teaching, and profession. The gender equality representative contributes in particular to the realization of agreed objectives, and is also the point of contact for information and advice for students. The gender equality representative gives guidance and support to the university’s committees in all areas of equal opportunities for men and women.
