From winter semester 2017/18 onwards tuition fees for international students are introduced at the universities in Baden-Württemberg. Degree seeking students from non-EU countries will have to pay tuition fees of 1,500 euros per semester. International students with EU citizenship will be able to study without paying fees. Also the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design has to implement these new guidelines.
