This newsletter service is provided by Matthias Fritsch since 2001. Apart
from the original purpose to announce OPEN SCREENINGS in Berlin it developed more and more into a platform for an
information exchange service of the independent moving images scene at the Berlin area.
Independent filmproducers and event organizers announce their meetings,
find co-workers and assistance for film projects and get usefull informations
such as lectures, workshops and festival deadlines.
The newsletter appears irregular every1 or 2 months. At present there are
over 1000 subscribers in the mailing list. The majority originates from
Berlin, however are added also ever more from overregional of the Federal
Republic and even from foreign countries.

The announcements should be kept as short as possible. The information
should have a purchase to film and moving images. ONLY pure text will
be published. NO pictures or Attachements!
